# Inbox

This is your team's email inbox. Use this view to monitor your teams email activity.

All inboxes have a @ctomail.io address. Custom domains are coming soon.

  This will result in inbox access being automatically paused and eventually permanently disabled.

You should carefully review any tasks that involve sending email. You must do this to prevent spam and other abusive actions that violate our [acceptable use policy](https://docs.cto.new/acceptable-use-policy).

Inbox health and usage is monitored automatically. Common actions that get flagged as abuse include:

* Agents guessing email addresses
* Sending emails with spammy content
* Sending non-compliant unsolicited emails
